“Keep your behaviors positive because your behaviors become your habits.” – Gandhi
Welcome to another A.W.E. inspired post!
How will you choose to use your time?
Try following this 3 step approach to create AND experience the life of your dreams!
A – Awareness
What are your current goals? What possible obstacles could lead to negative thoughts? Where do you want to apply laser focus? What habits do you want to create? What could be possible once you planned one small action step? What is your direction?
W – Work
What can you commit to doing right now? Where can you fit in action? What is you next smallest possible step? What support do you need to take action right now? How can you move forward? What positive behavior can you do right now?
E- Evaluation
What’s next? What worked? What adaptations can you make so your result is even better? How are you stronger now than when you started? Where are you at on your path to creating positive behaviors? How can you continue to create positive habits?

I do certainly struggle getting my goals in order and then focusing on completing them. It is so easy to let the little daily issues distract me until I find the day spent. The Gandhi quote is one I should keep on me to help:-)
Eye on the prize – or First Things First! Concentrate on the big stuff (like Riley!) and you’ll be able to fit the other stuff in! Thanks for stopping by!

Great post! I love the acronym! I tend to be very hard on myself with the evaluation – I need to work on that step specifically…

Thanks for the comment. One thing I’ve found helpful in the evaluation phase is to define success before I start the project. Then, when it comes time to evaluate, I go back to what I considered success at the beginning. Often, I realize I’ve hit (or even surpassed) that goal. It’s a sure fire way to be kinder to myself!
