What can you commit to doing right now? Where can you fit in action? What is you next smallest possible step? What support do you need to take action right now? How can you move forward?
E- Evaluation
What’s next? What worked? What adaptations can you make so it’s even better? How are you stronger now than when you started? What “diamond” can you celebrate? How can you continue to keep your eyes on the goal?
