“There are no mistakes or failures – only lessons.” Dennis Waitley
Welcome to another A.W.E. inspired post!

Try following this 3 step approach as you create change.
A – Awareness
What have you previously viewed as a failure that could be a lesson? What are your possibilities?
W – Work
What can you do today to move forward in a positive way? How can this lesson change your view? Your actions?
E- Evaluation
What’s next? What worked? What didn’t? Now what?

I loved your post and found it very compelling. I thoroughly agree about the power of embracing our mistakes and learning from them in order to move ahead. And you lay out a very helpful (and concrete) path for putting this into practice. The acronym (AWE) is succinct and inspiring … and one I’ll remember. Thanks so much for this.
Paula –
I appreciate the compliment! Thank you for stopping by. I’m a firm believer the more concrete we can make a goal the easier it is to achieve! Would you share a recent “lesson” you’ve learned?
Lisa
agree’d I think we are too quick to beat ourselves up for “mistakes” rather than looking at them as life lessons.

Thanks for stopping by! What’s a recent life lesson you’ve used to move forward towards your goals?
Lisa
Great advice! I’m a fan of picking myself up, dusting off and starting again. Over and over! Eventually I get to where I was headed!
Pam –
Exactly! Fall, get up, evaluate, adjust, and try again! Eventually – success is mine! Thanks so much for stopping by!

HI Lisa
Wonderful post. I love that acronym. I don’t think I’ve ever looked at effecting changes in my life with just three steps, but those three steps are pretty powerful. The last step, evaluation, is the one I need to focus a little more on. I don’t evaluate things soon enough, I tend to leave them until they become another thing that needs to be changed.
I can’t wait to read more.
I’m looking forward to getting to know you in our SITS tribe!
I hope you are having a fantastic Monday!
Alli
Welcome Alli –
Hard to believe just 3 steps will do it . . . but if you know what you want (Awareness), create and follow a plan to get there (Work), and then adjust and revise your plan as needed (Evaluation) the world is yours! I’ve found, the most successful way to evaluate is to schedule a time in my calendar. Otherwise, I just tend to stay in the Work phase!
Best of luck! Can’t wait to know more about you!
Lisa
Hi Lisa!
I look forward to our new tribe and getting to know you and your business better!

Ditto! Thanks for stopping by!

Loving the acronym A.W.E. So often I think we forget the E – Evaluate! Its so important in figuring out what to do and even what may have actually been accomplished depite not maybe hitting one’s original goal, but still making progress and other achievements.
Looking forward to more inspiration via our SITS Tribe!
Bonnie
I know – the E stage is the easiest to overlook . . . but I believe this is where the biggest learning takes place! I’ve found that scheduling time in my calendar to evaluate is the best way to make sure I don’t just stay in the WORK phase!
Welcome – glad you are joining me from the SITS tribe!
