Don’t be afraid to change.  You may lose something good, but you may gain something better.

Try following this 3 step approach as you create change.

A – Awareness

What do you want to change? What is working in your life?  What isn’t working?  If you could have anything – what do you want?

W – Work

Action steps – create a plan! What will you do today to start you on the path of making this change? Meditate?  Exercise?  Contact a coach?  How can you initiate action today?

E- Evaluation

Examine your plan – and your steps to completion.  What worked? What didn’t? What can you adjust?
