Try following this 3 step approach as you create change.
A – Awareness
What do you want to change? What is working in your life? What isn’t working? If you could have anything – what do you want?
W – Work
Action steps – create a plan! What will you do today to start you on the path of making this change? Meditate? Exercise? Contact a coach? How can you initiate action today?
E- Evaluation
Examine your plan – and your steps to completion. What worked? What didn’t? What can you adjust?
I challenge you to be A.W.E’d today. What change have you been hesitating to make? When have you made a change that was “scary”? I’d love to hear about your experiences. Please post below.

I believe in A.W.E and I think we can only improve if we dare to take a chance and change for the better. Business is where I make the most changes, because every time something is not working, it’s simply an opportunity to change it, make it better. Thanks for the post!

Love that one about the turtle, so true. It is so true about change, I tell my hubby that all the time. I am more apt to change and try to drag him along. There are some things that I have been considering changing in my life
that I really need to get moving on, I wonder if fear is the underlining reason that I am stalling.
