Great post! I think I have the most trouble with being aware…FULLY aware. I’m such a multitasker that sometimes it’s hard to be aware with just one thing. And my awareness level decreases as the number of my tasks increases LOL
Hmm, I struggle with awareness a little bit. Sometimes I just have way too much on my mind!
My favorite tip to build awareness is to set a timer. Each time the timer goes off – ask yourself “what am I doing now?” and “what do I want to be focusing on”. Thanks for your comment!
