Have you ever felt overwhelmed?  Can you relate to any of these statements?  (FYI – these are all statements I heard from my clients in the last 24 hours.

  • My brain feels like it’s spinning in a hundred directions today.
  • When I feel overwhelmed like this, I just can’t make a decision on what to do next.
  • I’m trying to choose between 10 different projects, and I can’t.  So, I just do nothing.
