Close your eyes for a moment and think back to the last day you felt really productive. The day you were “in the zone.” You could accomplish everything you wanted. You finished your to-do list – with time left over.
Wasn’t that a great day?
Wouldn’t you love it if you could replicate that every day? You can – and I’ll show you how!
Here’s one process to help you achieve your goals – and without working nights and weekends.
STEP #1: IDENTIFY what you’ve been putting off! (You can’t do more of “it” if you don’t know what “it” is!!)
STEP #2: IDENTIFY what gets in the way. Where are you spending your time instead?
STEP #3: What task in Step #2 are you willing to replace with your Step #1 task?
NOTE: if the answer is NOTHING – then what you’ve been putting off isn’t really that important!
STEP #4: SCHEDULE your Step #1 task into your calendar. Give it a date and time – and treat it like an appointment.
This is is just one strategy you can implement today so you spend time on all the things that truly are important to you.
