In the middle of writing this email for you I stopped to write a thank you note (I was worried it wouldn’t go out in today’s mail)  . . . 23 minutes and 15 seconds . . . ☹

Think about your typical day . . . emails, text messages, drop-in visitors, thoughts in your own head . . . 23 minutes and 15 seconds . . . over and over and over again!
