Your time management strategy for today – just do things! I found this quote, “We have a strategic plan, it’s called doing things” on Pinterest – and had a little giggle! (Especially because recently I participated in a 6 hour strategic planning meeting!) Sometimes accomplishing a goal or making the most of your time, really does boil down to “doing things”. I am certainly not overlooking the importance of creating a strong plan. A plan based on your values, your dreams, and your goals. A plan that has the big project broken down to small, easily implementable tasks. BUT – sometimes the missing step to whittling down our task list, and making progress towards living the life of our dreams, is to take the first step, then the next step, then the next step . . .
So, what is your action step now? Look at your most important project – and pick one action you can start (and possibly complete) today. Now – go do it! Then, after completing your task, post your success below! It’s always more fun when you can share!
My action plan is to work on 1-2 blog posts today, We will be away next week. I need to get my bum in gear!.Thanks for the reminder to just take action!
Audrey –
Thanks for stopping by! Happy to give the reminder . . . sometimes it’s not about the plan, but about just doing it!!! Kudos on working ahead! Good luck on your posts!

For me, everything actually just boils down to doing things. I am not just able to finish things at hand, i don’t know where my time goes :( Read my last posts & you will understand.
I hope to just write down & finish one by one.
Sweety –
I stopped over to your blog and left a message. One strategy I use when I’m trying to do things, is to set a timer. I tell myself, “work for 15 minutes, then if you aren’t in the groove, you can stop”. Many times, when the 15 minutes is over – I keep going. (Action leads to more action, inaction leads to more inaction). Good luck!
